In September 2019, DK Care LLC began its journey with a small fleet and dedicated drivers, driven by the simple yet powerful mission of delivering outstanding Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services.
Despite the upheavals caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the company demonstrated its commitment by expanding its fleet with 20 full-time employees and 25 vehicles. This strategic growth underscored DK Care LLC's dedication to providing essential NEMT services, a mission of critical importance during a health crisis.
We expanded our services to include Ulster, Sullivan, and Columbia, extending our coverage and providing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation services to a larger customer base in the upstate New York area. This strategic expansion aimed to ensure that individuals depending on NEMT had access to secure and reliable transportation.
We've introduced a online web-based system to boost and streamline our operational efficiency, proficiently overseeing our fleet, customers, and trips. This implementation fosters seamless coordination across our entire operation, enhancing the overall experience for both our valued customers and dedicated staff.
We incorporated a state-of-the- mobile app designed for efficient management of drivers, vehicles, and real-time GPS tracking, complete with route optimization features. This strategic addition reflects our commitment to leveraging technology for enhanced operational control and ensuring optimal efficiency in managing our NEMT services.
